There aren’t enough women pushing forward in leadership roles. I could quote loads of stats here, I read them on LinkedIn all of the time.

So instead of just talking about it, my company Strategi Solutions has teamed up with training provider Axia Solutions to develop a Level 7 Apprenticeship for senior women leaders to make that change. A programme developed for women where they have a safe space to develop and grow.

Why? Because gaining a qualification with other women has numerous benefits. Improving confidence, networking with others outside of own industry, receiving mentoring from top female coaches and creating your own story whilst having your work accredited by the ILM to name a few.

I’ve attached the weblink for further reading, however, if you’re a levy payer and your EDI strategy is for more women leaders in your organisation, this is a no brainer. Our first cohort starts on 25th April and there are a few places left – or if you are a large organisation and want your own cohort, please contact me direct. If your Gender Pay Gap reporting is floundering, this is a great opportunity to show your commitment promoting women in leadership.
