Imagine my surprise then when I got an invitation to do some online training to keep my GDPR skills up to date. My first thought was I know what I’m doing in this area. My second thought was log on and take a look. My next thought was, this is going to take time. How stereotypical of a business owner. What was I thinking? Does this sound familiar to you? It is going to take time… Of course it is! I’ve realised that I’ve become that person who has frustrated me for years. STOP!

Ok, so the training is excellent – it’s broken down into bite sized chunks so that I can fit it into my day. It’s made to be interesting – result. I realised that I don’t want to be the kind of CEO that expects everyone else to learn and not me.
