Have you heard of Grounding or Earthing? It’s all about reconnecting with the earth, whether by walking barefoot on grass, lying on the ground, or immersing in water. The benefits, though not scientifically proven, include improved blood flow, reduced pain, enhanced healing abilities, and overall well-being.
I recently decided to test the hype around grounding at my local garden centre with flowing water, wind chimes, grass, and birds singing. Surprisingly, I felt a shift in my mental state and could silence my thoughts for a while. It was truly a unique experience that left me feeling “different.”
